We offer translation and interpreter services around the world with over 150 language pairs.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time role for a Translations Administrator resident in Malta. Our existing Translations team deal with appointing translators and completing the translation document into whatever language is required.In Malta, all translations must be stamped by a Malta resident employee of our company (see requirements below).Responsibilities Include:Liaising with our internal translations team;Liaising directly with clients in Malta;Signing and stamping completed translations;Delivering translations to clients and sometimes collecting documents;Developing new business in Malta; support will be given to assist with sales and marketing.We Have Some Specific Requirements:Must have a linguistics degree, recognised by the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority (MFHEA), suitable to register with the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Malta and therefore able to sign and stamp translation documents;Must have Maltese residence and be based in Malta.We are looking for a "people person" who can build relationships with clients, attract new clients and deliver a first-class service.Home or remote work required, other than collecting and delivering documents in Malta. No fixed working hours, just flexible to work when needed. Total engagement over a month is unlikely to exceed 10 hours presently. Minimum salary €500 per month, plus overtime and commission on new business.
