NextMove is an AI-powered recruitment platform operating in Malta that connects job seekers with employers. Our services include job listings, candidate matching, application management, and recruitment tools.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Job Seeker Terms

  • You agree to provide accurate information in your profile and applications
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your CV and professional information
  • You understand that applying for a position does not guarantee employment
  • NextMove services are provided free of charge to job seekers

5. Employer Terms

  • You agree to post accurate and legitimate job listings
  • You will not use candidate information for purposes other than recruitment
  • You are responsible for compliance with Maltese employment law
  • You agree to our data processing terms regarding candidate information

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Scrape or harvest data from our platform without authorisation
  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the NextMove platform are owned by NextMove and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

NextMove provides its platform “as is” and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the platform or its users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
