We are seeking a qualified Cheerleading Coach to conduct training sessions for children, develop cheerleading skills and prepare students for performances and competitions.We are dance and sports studio in Malta offering classes for children.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and conduct cheerleading and physical training sessions for children.Teach cheerleading techniques, coordination, flexibility, strength and teamwork.Adapt exercises to the age, ability and skill level of each group.Monitor students' progress and provide individual guidance.Ensure the safety of children during training.Prepare students for performances and competitions.Maintain and check training equipment.Communicate professionally with parents and the studio management.RequirementsProven experience in cheerleading, gymnastics or a related sports discipline.Relevant coaching qualifications or certificates.Experience working with children.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to plan and deliver safe, structured training sessions.English and Russian communication skills.
