The chosen person will be in charge of keeping documentation, playing cards, and other table’s related equipment in order and up to standard. Investigation on missing card and extra card if asked by SSS.Print, collect, and update sheet control records daily.Walk through the studio to identify and report issues, including incidents involving shufflers or inspectors.Conduct re-training, mentor new hires, evaluate performance, and provide feedback.Ad-Hoc Duties: Shuffle/change cards/Extra shuffles on live tables and handle tasks assigned by Team Managers. Cover Card Inspector shifts if needed asked by Shuffler TM.This role goes beyond shuffling cards, you will play a key part in maintaining high standards and supporting the development of your team.
