Are you a natural communicator with a passion for delivering stellar customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same?

We are expanding our multilingual Customer Support team and looking for a driven, adaptable Danish-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our operations in vibrant Malta.

In this role, you’ll act as the friendly voice and face of our brand, managing customer interactions across chat, email, and phone. While a background in the iGaming/sports betting industry is a wonderful bonus, it’s not a strict dealbreaker—what matters most to us is your adaptability, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn. We are ready to train and shape the right individual to align with our high standards and ways of working!

Your Responsibilities

Deliver Exceptional Support: Provide top-tier assistance to customers via live chat, phone, and email while maintaining required departmental and individual SLAs.

Be the Brand Ambassador: Act as a professional, empathetic representative of the company during every customer interaction.

Problem Solving & Resolution: Investigate and resolve product or service issues by carefully listening to complaints, identifying root causes, and providing effective solutions.

Track & Document: Accurately maintain customer records and log contact histories while adhering strictly to data protection procedures.

Insights & Reporting: Assist the management team by reporting technical issues, highlighting emerging market trends, and pitching in on ad-hoc projects when needed.

Requirements

Language Skills: Full professional fluency in both Danish and English (written and spoken).
Experience: At least 1 year of customer support experience (experience within the gaming/betting industry is highly beneficial).
Availability: Flexibility to work on a shift basis, covering both weekdays and weekends (mornings and evenings).
The Right Persona: Highly adaptable, proactive, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.
Location: Candidates currently living in Malta will be given preference.

Benefits

Competitive Salary: Gross annual salary of €28,000.
Private Health Insurance: Comprehensive private hospital health coverage for peace of mind.
Wellness Benefit: €400 per annum (pro-rata based on your start date) to support your physical and mental well-being.
Commute Allowance: A monthly transport stipend of €50 per month.
Work From Abroad: Upon completing your 6-month probationary period, enjoy 10 working days of working from abroad per year, increasing by an extra 5 days with each yearly work anniversary (up to a maximum of 30 days!).
Birthday Perk: An extra day of paid leave on your birthday every year.
Team Perks: Enjoy our Wednesday lunch orders on the house.
Employee Assistance Programme (EAP): A dedicated platform providing free, confidential guidance for mental health, financial coaching, and career advice.
Monthly Recognition: Performance-based monthly vouchers for our top performers.
