We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our talented marketing team and spearhead the growth of the group and internationalise our digial offerings. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with proven success in digital marketing, brand internationalization, team leadership, and executing integrated marketing strategies.

Job requirements

Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering their growth and maximizing team effectiveness
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at internationalising and strengthening the brand presence
Oversee budgeting, planning, and effective allocation of marketing resources to achieve business objectives
Provide high-level strategic direction and operational oversight for SEO, social media, and Google Ads campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and ROI
Analyze market trends and performance metrics to continuously refine strategies and tactics.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management
Coordinate the corporate communications to deliver brand-consistent messages
Create and mantain the department’s Standard Operating Procedures and assist with Planning and organisation of weekly sprints
Form part of the team that will be driving new products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development and customer service to align marketing initiatives with business goals and objectives
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights, and use this information to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral, content, and assets across various channels including digital, social media, email, and print

Experience & Education Requirements:

Tertiary level of education within Marketing
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a head role
Demonstrable experience in Marketing coupled with an aptitude for business development
Proven experience in growing and scaling brands.

Skills Requirements:

Experience managing marketing campaigns and budgets, and analyzing performance metrics and KPIs.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving results.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements preferred.
A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
