What You'll Be Doing

Developing and executing the company's marketing strategy
Driving lead generation and supporting revenue growth
Building brand awareness across local and international markets
Managing and optimising digital marketing initiatives and campaigns
Supporting product, sales, and customer engagement activities
Leading company participation in events, webinars, and industry initiatives
Partnering with HR to strengthen employer branding and talent attraction efforts
Managing external agencies, suppliers, and future marketing team members
Tracking performance and ensuring marketing activities deliver measurable results

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 5 years' marketing experience, including experience in a senior marketing or marketing management role
A strong understanding of lead generation, digital marketing, brand development, and campaign management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
The ability to think strategically while remaining actively involved in execution
Excellent organisational and project management skills
Experience within a B2B technology, software, SaaS, or digital solutions environment will be considered an asset
