Dishwasher

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to support daily kitchen operations by ensuring the cleanliness and proper storage of kitchenware, equipment and work areas while maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities: - Wash and sanitise dish, glassware, pot, pan and cutlery. - Load and unload dishwasher and store clean kitchenware appropriately. - Collect used kitchenware from kitchen and dining area. - Clean kitchen equipment, machinery and appliance. - Sweep, mop and sanitise kitchen floor and work surface. - Dispose of waste and clean rubbish bin regularly. - Receive, unload and store delivery when required. - Monitor dishwasher operation and report any technical issue. - Maintain adequate stock of cleaning supplies. - Assist other kitchen staff with general duties when required. - Follow HACCP standards and all health and safety procedures.
