We are looking for a charismatic, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Care team. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you!

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive professional, friendly, and efficient support throughout their service journey.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer-facing after-sales support, assisting customers with queries, service requests, and follow-ups.
Coordinate, schedule, and monitor in-house and on-site service calls between customers and our technical team.
Follow up on ongoing cases to ensure timely resolutions and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Support the smooth daily organisation of the Customer Care department.
Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and helpful manner.
Carry out general administrative and clerical duties as required.

Skills and Competencies

O’ level standard of education.
A strong customer-oriented attitude with the ability to take ownership of customer requests and resolve issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Maltese.
A positive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Previous experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role will be considered an asset.
