The Role

This is an end-to-end Business Development (BD) position within IT recruitment, where you take full ownership of the commercial process. It is a high-activity, phone-driven role that requires you to actively source prospects, manage corporate pipelines, and pitch technical recruitment solutions directly to senior leaders. You are not just booking appointments; you are managing the entire 360-degree sales cycle from the initial cold outreach all the way through to final negotiation and close.

Who Are You?

You have 1 – 5 years of experience as a BDR, SDR, Sales Executive, Customer Success Associate, Inside Sales Executive, Account Executive, Account Manager, Sales Development Associate, Sales Coordinator, or similar
You hold an EU passport or citizenship, ready to embrace this new adventure.
