What You Bring to the Table

1–3 years of sales experience (B2B, B2C, SDR, or outbound roles).
Proven grit in a phone-based environment, including cold calling and pipeline building.
A competitive mindset driven by uncapped commission, clear KPIs, and rapid growth.
A Bachelor’s degree (nice to have, but your drive is what counts most).
