We have highly ambitious plans and we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers by addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues with a focus on Armenian, Russian or English speaking Customers.

About the Role

Please note that this job requires working in rotating shifts: morning, evening, and night (10:00 - 18:00, 18:00 - 02:00, and 02:00 - 10:00)

The successful candidate will be working within a fast paced, exciting and highly productive environment. This is a demanding, responsible, varied, exciting and challenging role where a passion for customers, sport and betting is essential. In order to satisfy customers and offer them a great user experience, we’re looking for individuals with commercial awareness and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver customer service through online and phone support
Provide solutions to customers with the help of supervisors from different departments
Provide detailed information about websites, procedures, payments and requests
Inform customers about deals and promotions

Our Expectations

Proficient user of Armenian, Russian or English languages both spoken and written
Enjoy finding solutions to a variety of problems and supporting customers in a friendly and productive manner
Curiosity and interest in digital products and applications
Strong communication and organizational skills
High level of flexibility and adaptability to maneuver in a very dynamic environment
Ability to work mixed shifts (day, evening, night)
