In this role, you will act as a bridge between operations and accounts. You will ensure that all services and works are documented, billed, and communicated to clients. The ideal candidate has a strong administrative background, a keen eye for detail and the ability to understand operational scopes within the industry.

Responsibilities

Log actual project costs, collaborate with the Accounts and Senior Administration departments to issue accurate client invoices, and assist the Senior Administrator with internal audit responsibilities.
Maintain excellent client relations through prompt and courteous service, proactively follow up with project owners on all internal and external jobs, and coordinate the department’s planning and execution activities.
Collect paperwork, keep all operational, administrative, and records up to date, and maintain a highly organized filing system (both physical and digital).
Assist in vetting and upkeeping security passes, perform general day-to-day administrative duties, and contribute to overall team efforts to ensure the department runs smoothly.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar role is a must.
Candidates with a relevant educational qualification will be given preference.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client and internal team interactions.
High level of organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office, Excel) and familiarity with accounting or invoicing software.
