Customer Service & Sales Representative

The Customer Service & Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Paola, Malta. The representative will greet customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations, ensuring a positive in-store experience. Daily tasks include answering customer inquiries, managing orders and sales transactions, handling returns or exchanges, and maintaining accurate records in the point-of-sale system. The role also involves keeping the showroom organised, updating product displays, and supporting basic inventory checks. The representative will collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets, follow company procedures, and provide feedback on customer preferences and trends.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.

• Sales and retail abilities, such as product demonstration, upselling, cross-selling, and working toward team and individual sales goals.

• Basic computer literacy.

• Basic administrative and organisational skills, including handling point-of-sale systems, managing orders, and keeping accurate records.

• Ability to work on-site full-time in Paola, Malta, including standing for extended periods and supporting day-to-day store operations.

• Collaborative mindset, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning new product information.

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is beneficial; familiarity with bathroom or home décor products is an advantage.

• Comfortable communicating in English; knowledge of Maltese or other languages is a plus.
