Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to promote and present products, develop customer relationships and support sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities: - Check and register sales contracts and inform customers about delivery status. - Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate sales terms and conditions with customers. - Plan customer visits and identify potential target markets. - Present and demonstrate products, providing appropriate advice and information. - Follow up on customer enquiries, orders, product availability and delivery schedules. - Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions. - Maintain customer relationships and encourage customer loyalty. - Coordinate sales activities and communicate relevant updates to the team. - Organise promotional and merchandising activities with customers. - Monitor customer satisfaction through follow-ups, surveys and reminders.
