As our organisation continues to grow locally and internationally, we are seeking a Revit Modeller to join our team.

Role Purpose

As a Document Controller, you will manage the full lifecycle of project documentation across QP's portfolio of complex international projects. You will ensure that all technical documents, correspondence, meeting minutes, and project information are accurately controlled, distributed, and accessible to the right stakeholders at the right time.

Key responsibilities

Manage all project documentation including filing, archiving, version control, and ensuring accessibility of materials to specific stakeholders.
Control, manage, and coordinate all information issued for review, approval, and construction on the project's Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), primarily using Asite.
Issue, register, and coordinate the correct distribution of all official correspondence and documents between the project team, clients, contractors, subcontractors, authorities, and third-party vendors.
Manage and ensure the seamless distribution of technical documents.
Lead the company's document control software, managing requests for documentation and maintaining audit trails.
Keep minutes of all meetings held and distribute them in a timely manner to relevant parties.
Coordinate effectively with internal team members to deliver and receive controlled information and documents to and from all parties concerned.
Ensure all documentation is compliant with project standards, contractual requirements, and QP's quality assurance protocols.

What you bring

A proven track record with several years of experience in document control within a construction environment, ideally on complex or large-scale projects including residential, commercial, infrastructure, healthcare, or hospitality.
A degree in Construction, Project Management, or a related field is preferred. MRICS/FRICS or recognised Project Management certification would be considered an asset.
Strong working knowledge of applicable standards, legislation, and practices in the construction industry, ideally with familiarity with Malta's regulatory environment.
Proficiency in Asite (EDMS) and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Primavera, MS Project, BIM, AutoCAD, or other project management and design systems is an advantage.
High attention to detail with a meticulous, methodical approach to version control, filing, and documentation accuracy.
Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
