Support Senior Management in overseeing the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel.
Ensure effective coordination between Front Office,Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments.
Provide operational support to all F&B outlets during service periods, events and high-volume operations.
Deliver exceptional guest service and handle guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally.
Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with hotel procedures.
Conduct regular inspections Of rooms and public areas.
Assist with guest arrivals and special requests.
Supervise shifts and support team members during operational hours.
Identify and address operational issues, escalating when necessary.
Prepare operational reports and communicate relevant updates during handovers.

Candidate Profile:

Must be authorised to take up employment in Malta.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Previous experience in hotel operations will be considered an asset.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Opera experience will be considered an asset).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good knowledge of housekeeping operations and an eye for detail.
Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends and public holidays
