HR Officer (Full-Time)

We are looking for a professional, organised, and people-focused HR Officer to support our growing property team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with people, managing HR processes, and helping build a positive, high-performing workplace culture. The Role

As HR Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes run smoothly and align with company policies and local employment regulations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination

Supporting onboarding and induction of new employees and agents

Maintaining employee records, contracts, and HR documentation

Assisting with performance management processes and reviews

Supporting employee relations and acting as a point of contact for HR queries

Ensuring compliance with Maltese employment laws and company policies

Assisting with training coordination and staff development initiatives

Supporting management with general HR administration and reporting

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in HR, administration, or a people-focused role

Strong organisational and communication skills

Professional, discreet, and trustworthy approach

Ability to handle confidential information with care

Good knowledge of Maltese employment legislation (or willingness to learn)

Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail

Fluency in English; knowledge of Maltese or other languages is an asset
