Drive European Expansion: Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle as Archer expands into Switzerland, targeting B2B partnerships with top pharmaceutical companies.
Merit-Based Growth: Earn promotions based purely on your performance and results within a new, high-performing division.
Leverage Your Language Skills: Use your bilingual German and English capabilities in a high-impact role with real ownership and strategic visibility.

Why this role isn’t for everyone: Building a business from scratch takes rare grit and a champion’s mindset. You aren't discouraged by rejection, and "no" simply isn't an answer to you. If you trust the long-term value of your work and thrive on the journey of building something great, we want to hear from you.

What you'll get:

Performance-Driven Career Ladder: Clear roadmap through 13 promotion levels from BDE to Director, with real opportunities to build and manage your own BD team for the new project.
Compounding 6-Figure Earning Potential: Selling high-value contract recruitment solutions delivers compounding revenue increments - setting you up to reach a 6-figure income within 2–3 years.
Be First on the Ground: This isn't just another sales role - it's your chance to pioneer a brand-new market. As the founding BD pro for our Swiss expansion, you’ll be the primary face of Archer, pitching directly to C-suite decision-makers and spearheading our growth in one of Europe’s strongest economies.

High-Growth Earning Potential: High-value contract deals take time to ramp up, but the long-term payoff is massive:

Year 1: ~€36,000 avg. total target compensation
Year 2: €52,000+ avg. as recurring deals roll in
Year 3: €100,000+ as high-ticket accounts compound

Uncapped commissions, no earning ceilings, and no waiting periods - top performers scale even faster.
