We are looking for an experienced Agronomist & Intern Team Lead to oversee hydroponic crop production, monitor plant health, and support the development of controlled environment agriculture (CEA) projects.

Key Responsibilities for this Role: -Monitor hydroponic crop health, growth, and performance. -Manage nutrient formulations, irrigation schedules, and crop production protocols. -Identify and diagnose nutrient deficiencies, pests, and plant diseases. -Coordinate seeding, transplanting, and harvesting activities. -Supervise and guide interns, ensuring tasks are completed correctly and safely. -Maintain accurate crop records and production information. -Support CEA research, pilot projects, and system maintenance. -Monitor and improve crop production processes and practices.

Connect agricultural machines (plough, seed drill). Activate protective measures
Determine and plan sowing; maintain and harvest parcels
