We are looking for a reliable Call Agent to manage incoming calls and coordinate roadside assistance services. The role requires clear communication and efficient handling of customer requests.

Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally Gather essential information from clients Dispatch the appropriate drivers for roadside assistance or towing services Maintain accurate call and service records Requirements: Strong communication and listening skills Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure Basic computer skills Team-oriented and customer-focused attitude
