Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Call Agent - SALES role based in Sliema. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting CAVLAMER products and treatments, and addressing customer inquiries. You will build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities to meet sales targets, and provide exceptional service to maintain customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include handling insurance-related queries and participating in regular training sessions to ensure your product knowledge and sales skills are up-to-date.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and active listening skills to effectively engage with clients
Customer Service experience with a focus on building relationships and trust
Proven Sales skills, including the ability to close deals and meet targets
Knowledge or experience in Insurance products and services is advantageous
Willingness to participate in Training to improve product knowledge and professional skills
Proactive, goal-oriented, and team-focused approach
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
