To provide accurate, timely, and customer-focused information to passengers at the terminus, supporting smooth operations and a positive travel experience.

Assist passengers with route, timetable, fare and service information
Approaches customers inside the terminus to provide assistance
Communicate scheduled information and real-time updates on delays, diversions, and disruptions
Gives directions within the bus terminus
Support crowd management and passenger flow during peak periods
Liaise with Terminus Operations for service updates
Make clear announcements when required (planned/unplanned changes)
Promote use of digital tools (Tallinja App, contactless payments, etc.)
Report incidents, passenger issues, or operational irregularities
Support vulnerable passengers (elderly, tourists, persons with disability)
Maintain a visible, approachable, and professional presence Any other duties related to the job position that may be required depending on the exigencies of the business at the time.
