Responsible for managing all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring an excellent guest experience, training and supervising staff, and maintaining operations within budgeted guidelines. Shift work required.

To oversee all aspect of the F&B outlets by providing highly efficient and effective direction and leadership, whilst ensuring that all financials and statutory requirements are met and supporting the delivery of outstanding customer service. The Food and Beverage Operation Manager holds responsibility for the direction and growth of the various outlets and for taking and driving all outlet decisions.
