This role oversees brand positioning, campaign planning, digital performance, content, social media, partnerships, and on-property activations for multiple business units, with a strong focus on commercial results, brand consistency, and lead generation.

Develop and implement annual marketing strategies across all Stivala Group brands and businesses
Ensure strong and consistent brand positioning and identity across hotels, properties, and F&B outlets
Plan and execute marketing campaigns that support commercial goals (occupancy, revenue, leads, bookings)
Manage digital marketing channels, including websites, social media, SEO, paid ads, and email marketing
Oversee content creation and social media strategy, ensuring high-quality and consistent brand output
Support PR, partnerships, and reputation management to enhance brand visibility
Coordinate marketing activity across multiple business units and stakeholders
Manage marketing budgets, performance tracking, and reporting with clear ROI focus
Lead and coordinate internal teams and external agencies to ensure delivery and quality
Clear annual and monthly marketing plans across all brands
Strong and consistent brand presence across all channels
Improved digital performance and lead generation
Commercially driven campaigns supporting revenue and demand
Accurate reporting and performance insights for leadership
High-quality content and strong online visibility
