Our client is looking for a Group Marketing Manager.

This person will lead the Group’s marketing function across all business pillars, combining strategic planning with hands-on execution. The role will drive brand development, campaigns and marketing initiatives that support commercial growth and strengthen the Group’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the commercial objectives of each business unit.
Work closely with Heads of Business Units to translate business priorities into effective marketing initiatives.
Plan and manage integrated campaigns across digital, social media, websites, advertising, PR and events.
Strengthen the Group’s corporate brand and individual business identities.
Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging and visual identity across all channels.
Oversee marketing content, collateral, presentations and other brand assets.
Manage the Group’s digital presence, including websites and social media.
Develop content calendars and monitor digital engagement and lead generation.
Coordinate content creation, photography, videography and creative production.
Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign performance and ROI.
Lead marketing projects from concept to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate internal teams and external partners where required.
Act as the key marketing partner to Business Unit Heads and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
Excellent communication both verbal and written in English and Maltese.
Minimum 5 years of local experience in marketing, covering both strategy and execution.
Proven experience developing and implementing commercially focused marketing strategies.
Strong knowledge of brand management, digital marketing and integrated communications.
Excellent copywriting, communication, presentation and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple brands and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to turn insights into action.
