The position calls for an enthusiastic and energetic individual with a flair for customer service within the field of IT.

Within this role the selected candidate/s will be required to offer support to the Employer’s customers with any Electronic Point-of-Sale (EPOS) issues. If you enjoy being continuously on the move and meeting people, then this is the right opportunity for you. Main Job Responsibilities:

Train customers in the use of EPOS terminals.
Resolving operational EPOS issues in the field (at customer/s outlets).
Adhering to all of the company's rules and regulations.
Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Competencies

Analyse technical problems and customer needs
Answer phone calls. Inform customers (order follow-up, information...)
Detect malfunctions in the electronic equipment; localise defects
Develop banking products and services: Electronic payments
Replace or repair defective parts
Determine and follow-up access rights in accordance with user and service characteristics
Remotely diagnose a hardware or software problem
Guide the user on solving problems or take over control of system remotely
Determine interventions based on information from the helpdesk, hotline or information files
Install installation on site and connect it to external networks
Prepare systems to be used again through standard replacement or repair of parts and components
Select or install IT infrastructure (software, hardware...)
Explain technical operation to customers or users and guide them in putting installation into use
Deal with customer complaints (grant discounts, clarify regulations...)
Familiarise customer with and lead them to the right person (technician, sales assistant, head of customer service...)
Make nature of the call known (order, sales, information, advertising, assistance...)
Present solutions to customer complaints or pass file to the litigation/logistics.... department
Collect and deal with complaints of users, clients, occupants, ...
