We are looking for a PPC Specialist to drive profitable acquisition for our five leading brands. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role dedicated entirely to paid search buying across Google Ads and Bing Ads. You will plan, run and optimise campaigns every day within the agreed budget, with a strong analytical mindset and a drive for continuous optimisation.

You will play a key role in scaling paid search acquisition and improving ROI across our brands and markets.

What will you be doing?

Plan, set up, manage and optimise Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns across multiple brands and markets.
Own the day-to-day PPC buying: keyword strategy, account structure, match types, negatives, bidding and ads.
Manage spend within the agreed PPC budget, keep pacing on target and propose budget shifts based on performance.
Drive improvements in CPA, ROAS and first-time depositor (FTD) volume.
Make sure PPC conversion tracking is set up correctly, together with the tracking and data team.
Monitor auction insights, competitor activity and brand-term protection.
Report PPC performance weekly and monthly, and translate insights into concrete actions.
Stay up to date with platform updates, bidding automation and AI tools within paid search.

What are we looking for?

Proven hands-on experience running Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns yourself.
A track record of hitting CPA or ROAS targets with meaningful monthly spend.
Strong understanding of paid search mechanics: auctions, Quality Score, bidding strategies and automation.
Comfortable working data-driven in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and spreadsheets.
Good understanding of conversion tracking and attribution.
Structured, curious and proactive: you enjoy testing, learning and optimising.
Fluent in Swedish and English.

Nice to have

PPC experience within the iGaming industry or another regulated industry.
Experience with Google Ads gambling certification and gambling ad policies.
Knowledge of Swedish and/or Estonian gambling advertising rules.
Google Ads certifications.
Experience with Google Ads scripts, Google Ads Editor or bid management tools.

What we offer!

An innovative agile team, that's pushing boundaries and shaping the future of the gaming industry.
Thrive in a collaborative space where your ideas matter and directly influence our success.
Be part of a supportive culture that champions growth, creativity and a shared drive for excellence.
Wellness allowance and pension benefit.
Regular social events and team activities.

Nordplay Group is built on diverse perspectives and open minds. We welcome everyone and are committed to keeping an inclusive environment for all.
