What will you do?

Provide support to customers via live chat, phone, and email
Handle inquiries related to betting, payments, verification, and general account issues
Review and escalate customer queries to supervisors when necessary
Liaise with internal teams to resolve technical, payment, and betting queries
Contribute to a positive and multicultural team environment

Candidate profile

Fluent in spoken and written Dutch
Good written and spoken English skills
Passion for delivering excellent customer service
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find resolutions
Flexibility to work five out of seven days, including weekends and public holidays
