We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our CS team.

Job Role: Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

Act as the customers’ main contact for DHL, responding to and satisfying their cash bookings and queries.
Communicate with customers via calls, messages, chats and emails to ensure that we give a great Service.
Handle order booking and shipment tracking and other network activities.
Liaise closely with colleagues and other departments within DHL to ensure that a full, cost-effective service is maintained and service quality is reached.
Ensure cooperation with other members of the customer service team.
Carry out any task that is required by your superiors from time to time.

Applicants should fulfill the following criteria:

Currently already in Malta with a valid working permit.
Exhibits an exceptional degree of initiative, creativity, resourcefulness, and empathy.
Analyzes and resolves complex cross-functional issues.
Excellent communication skills via phone, emails and chats customers.

Qualifications

Good command of spoken and written English, knowledge of Maltese language will be considered an asset.
Ordinary Level Certification or higher educational qualifications.
Well organized with good analytical skills.
Proficient PC skills, including MS applications.
Able to work in a dynamic environment.
Customer centric and result oriented.
Previous customer service experience will be considered as an asset.
