Calamatta Cuschieri Moneybase is a unified established brand, expanding across payments, global investing, wealth management, and business banking, and changing how people invests and manages money. Social and digital are where much of that story gets told.

We're looking for a hands on Social Media & Digital Executive to own the day-to-day social and digital execution for the brand. You'll create and publish social content, lead our short-form video, manage community, run our websites and email campaigns, and execute paid and organic digital activity. You'll work daily with the content strategist, designer and the investment and product teams.

What you’ll own

· Come up with the creative strategy for moneybase socials in collaboration with other marketing leadership.

· Plan, set up, manage, and optimise paid advertising across the main social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X) and Google, handling budgets, targeting, and creative rotation to hit acquisition and engagement goals for both brands.

· Drive app installs and activations through paid app campaigns, manage attribution and deep linking through our MMP, and optimise our App Store and Google Play listings to improve visibility and conversion.

· Build, schedule, QA, and report on email campaigns and investor communications across both brands.

· Schedule and publish organic social content across both brands and all active platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube).

· Handle day-to-day community engagement on comments and tags across both brands, responding promptly and routing anything that needs a specialist to the right team.

· Keep our WordPress properties current, publishing and updating pages accurately and on schedule, and apply basic SEO best practice.

· Track and report performance across paid, email, push, social, and web, focusing on what drives app installs, sign-ups, and conversions, and feed insights back into the plan.

What You're Marketing

You'll market brands that fall under Calamatta Cuschieri Moneybase plc, Malta's largest independent financial services firm. The Moneybase platform covers everyday banking, Moneybase Business accounts, and invests for self-directed retail investors with access to over 20,000 instruments across 40+ global markets. Whilst the firm's traditional investment services cover financial advisory, discretionary portfolio management, capital markets, and the CC Funds UCITS range.

Who You Are

5+ years hands-on in digital advertising and social media, ideally in financial services, fintech, or another regulated or professional environment.
Proven experience setting up and optimising paid campaigns across social ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and Google Ads.
Confident across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook, with a strong understanding of how audiences interact with each platform, what content formats perform on each, and how algorithms and platform behaviour are shifting.
Experience running email campaigns (Mailchimp, Mailjet, or similar) and, ideally, app push notifications.
Experience in app marketing, including mobile measurement and attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or similar) and App Store Optimisation across the App Store and Google Play.
Comfortable updating websites in WordPress, applying basic SEO, and ensuring tracking tags and pixels (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and similar) are correctly implemented and firing
Strong grasp of analytics and reporting (GA4, native platform analytics), able to read performance and act on it.
An understanding of how the customer journey works from first touchpoint through to conversion and retention, and how paid, email, push, and social activity fits within it.
Responsive and organised, comfortable managing many live campaigns and deadlines at once.
Tertiary education in Marketing or a related field.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Considered an asset

Video and creative editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
Knowledge of investment or payments products.
Familiarity with MFSA advertising and financial-promotion requirements.
Fluency in Maltes
