Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a part-time, on-site role based in San Gwann. In this position, you will plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and support marketing objectives. Daily activities include drafting posts, capturing or sourcing images and short videos, adapting content for different channels, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. You will monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages in a professional manner, and collaborate with the marketing and management teams to align content with campaigns and business goals. The role also involves tracking basic performance metrics, suggesting content improvements, and staying updated on social media trends relevant to professional and financial services.

Qualifications

Ability to create clear, engaging written content for social media and basic marketing materials.
Skills in planning content calendars, aligning posts with campaigns, and understanding branding principles.
Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and best practices for each.
Basic visual content skills, such as simple photo/video capture and use of design or editing tools.
