Work closely with designers, marketing teams and other stakeholders to produce high-quality static, video and short-form content.
Create and coordinate Reels, Stories, TikToks, Shorts and other social-first formats.
Identify relevant trends, formats, sounds and cultural moments that can be adapted appropriately for our brands.
Support live coverage of events, activations, launches and other key brand moments.
Manage community interactions, including comments and messages, and coordinate with Customer Support or other departments when escalation is required.
Ensure content is accurate, compliant and published according to internal approval processes and applicable regulatory requirements.
Monitor brand mentions, audience sentiment and conversations across social channels.
Track social media performance including reach, engagement, follower growth, video views, traffic and conversions.
Produce regular performance reports and translate results into actionable recommendations.
Continuously test content formats, posting times, messaging and creative approaches to improve performance.
Monitor competitors and industry activity to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
Support paid social campaigns by coordinating organic and paid creative requirements with the wider Marketing team.
Maintain organised libraries of social media assets, campaign materials and approved content.

Strong understanding of Reels, Stories, TikToks, Shorts and other social-first video formats.
Ability to analyse campaign and channel performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions and ROAS.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, remarketing and performance-driven content strategies.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple brands, campaigns and deadlines concurrently.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency and quality across all social channels.
