What you'll own

Welcome customers across our branches and Head Office, delivering an outstanding first impression.
Support customers with the Moneybase app, everyday banking, payments, cards, and account queries.
Resolve customer queries or coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions.
Support Investment Advisors with client administration, scheduling, documentation, and application processing.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
Coordinate branch operations, appointments, reception activities, and day-to-day administration.
Provide support across our branch network when required.
Deliver exceptional customer service while following internal procedures and regulatory standards.

What we're looking for

Experience in customer service, banking, financial services, hospitality, or another customer-facing role.
A customer-first mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident using mobile apps, digital products, and Microsoft Office.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable managing administrative tasks and working across multiple priorities.
Professional, proactive, and adaptable, with the flexibility to support different branch locations.
Strong written and spoken English.
Relevant professional experience or tertiary education.
