As our new Customer Support Representative, your mission will be to make our players feel like they’re winning even when they’re not! You'll be the casino’s friendly voice, responding to player inquiries via live chat and email. You’ll tackle various topics from gameplay issues to account queries and more.

Your working schedule will be on a shift basis, and yes, it includes weekend shifts. But don’t worry, with the Mediterranean sun, every day feels like a holiday!

What is expected of you?

Provide top-of-the-line customer service to our players through live chat and email.
Skilfully address and resolve player inquiries and complaints.
Work solo and collaboratively with the team – we're all in this game together!
Proactively identify potential issues and propose solutions.
Keep yourself updated on our games and services to better assist players.

What are you expected to bring?

Native or fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
Computer skills.
Ability to work in a team and also fly solo when required.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
Interest in iGaming.

Previous experience in iGaming is a plus, but not mandatory. We value motivation and eagerness to learn above all else. Everyone needs to start somewhere.
