We are currently looking for a Head of Sales Department to become part of our team 👀

Responsibilities:

Establish and lead our sales department, while maintaining teamwork and success.
Implement and refine business processes to drive efficiency and growth.
Recruit, train, and motivate sales managers to excel in their roles.
Develop strategies to improve key performance indicators and drive sales.
Provide guidance and support to managers, ensuring optimal performance.
Manage lead distribution and workload to maximise productivity.
Assist with complex transactions and maintain high-quality standards.
Monitor and analyse sales performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Oversee CRM system usage to streamline sales processes.
Conduct meetings, events, and audits to ensure alignment and quality.

Requirements:

Higher education and extensive experience in international markets.
Fluency in English and Russian.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and manage stress.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving goals.

Would be beneficial:

Experience in immigration law, investment, insurance, or finance.
