We’re working in partnership with a leading organisation to hire a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, and upkeep of various properties and condominiums, ensuring high standards are consistently maintained.

What’s expected of you?

Manage a portfolio of condominiums
Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance requirements
Ensure common areas are maintained to a high standard within agreed budgets
Prepare maintenance schedules and obtain quotations for required works
Coordinate and supervise contractors and maintenance works
Monitor the quality, progress, and completion of contracted works
Follow up on outstanding maintenance and repair issues
Prepare inspection, maintenance, and works reports
Liaise with clients, contractors, and service providers as required
Ensure properties are well maintained and issues are addressed promptly

What are you expected to bring?

Previous experience in Property Management, Facilities Management, Building Management, or a similar role. Experience within the hospitality sector would be an asset
Experience managing properties and coordinating maintenance works
Strong knowledge of property maintenance and contractor management
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
Good problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
A valid driving licence is preferred
