AP Valletta is looking for a highly motivated, hands-on, and enthusiastic person to join its Property Valuations team. As a Property Valuer at AP, you will work across a wide range of valuation services covering residential, commercial and other property types, from inspections and market analysis to valuation reports, feasibility studies and project monitoring for financing purposes, alongside the partner in charge and the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property valuations across residential, commercial and other property types.
Carry out property inspections and technical and market analysis.
Prepare and review valuation reports.
Participate in project monitoring for bank loan and financing purposes.
Contribute to feasibility studies.
Collaborate closely with the partner in charge and the wider team.

Requirements:

Tertiary-level degree in Architecture and / or Civil Engineering or Real Estate Management.
A recognised property valuation qualification or accreditation will be considered an asset.
Proficiency in local and / or international valuation standards.
Skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work effectively within budgets and deadlines.
Strong communication skills.
Proficient in written and spoken English; knowledge of Maltese is an asset.
Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.
