Barista

We are seeking a skilled, enthusiastic and experienced Barista to prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages in Gozo, ensuring excellent customer service and high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, cappuccinos, lattes and other hot and cold drinks.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders and other equipment.
• Apply coffee preparation techniques, milk steaming and latte art.
• Take customer orders and provide friendly and professional service.
• Ensure attractive beverage presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked coffee station.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Work independently and as part of a team, including during busy service hours.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has a minimum of two years of relevant experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage presentation.
• Is able to work efficiently in a busy environment.
