The Role:

Due to the growing demand for our services, we are currently looking for a Greek Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service team for the NetBet.gr brand. This role involves handling multiple client interactions on a full-time, permanent basis.

Duties and Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email ,live chat calls, providing timely and high-quality assistance.
Escalate complex queries to relevant internal departments or external partners as necessary to resolve issues.
Communicate proactively with customers, keeping them informed of potential delays and providing status updates on open cases.
Maintain accurate records and reporting as per internal procedures, ensuring closure aligns with customer expectations.
Collaborate closely with the Payment and Fraud team, assisting in player checks and related tasks.
Foster a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a fun and dynamic workplace.

Person specifications :

Native-level Greek speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good command of the English language to ensure smooth communication.
Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage, but we are also open to candidates willing to learn.
Understanding of customer service in an online business, with the ability to use multiple communication channels (e.g., email, live chat,calls).
Strong attention to detail when logging, updating, and managing customer support tickets.
Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to take initiative in completing tasks.
Ability to work well under pressure, maintain a structured and organized approach, and deliver excellent quality of service.
Computer-savvy and capable of multitasking.
Team player attitude, contributing positively to the team atmosphere and collaborating effectively with colleagues.
Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends, as our operation hours are Monday to Sunday, 7 am to 1 am.
