Parker Russell Turner in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Front Office Secretary and Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.

About the Company

Parker Russell Turner is a long-established audit firm with offices in Malta and Gozo. Exciting opportunities have arisen within our firms and we are seeking to recruit a Front Office Secretary to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar environment and be familiar with the following tasks, which shall be the candidate’s main roles:

Opening and closing the firm’s office
Handling of telephone calls, both incoming and outgoing
Setting up of meetings and follow up with clients
Greeting clients who attend the office for meetings
Chasing clients for upcoming deadlines
Attending to authorities to submit statutory documents and other errands
General upkeep of the office, taking care of consumables and stationery
Binding of financial statements
Filing and document management
Assist the Managing Director and the other Managers where required.

Requirements

The ideal candidate needs to have excellent organisational skills and must be responsible for his or her own work
The candidate must have a smart and polished appearance, have a driving license, and possess his or her own transport
A very good knowledge of written and spoken English is a must
Knowledge of Italian would be considered an asset.
