Job duties include:

Operational Coordination — Day-to-day management of aftersales workflows across Service, Parts, and Warranty teams.
Data & Reporting — Operational reports, performance dashboards, and KPI tracking.
Process Support — Implementation of process improvements, manufacturer standards, and internal procedures.
Customer Case Handling — Escalated customer cases, follow-ups, and technical team coordination.
Manufacturer Liaison — Communication with Peugeot, Citroën, and Opel on technical bulletins, warranty, and compliance.
Administrative Support — Documentation, scheduling, and internal communications.
Project Assistance — Aftersales initiatives including service campaigns, recalls, and customer satisfaction programs.
