Unitech Solutions Ltd is seeking a motivated and experienced After Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customers, coordinating technical operations, and ensuring the efficient handling of after-sales services. This position is ideal for an organized and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare quotations and technical submissions in accordance with company standards, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Acknowledge and respond to customer emails promptly, maintaining a high level of customer service.
Manage customer cases, including data input and record maintenance, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Authorize escalation and priority levels for customer support cases when required.
Provide after-sales support and respond professionally to customer complaints and enquiries.
Coordinate the technical team by managing schedules and communicating relevant information.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, visitors, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
Monitor the support case management process and collaborate closely with service personnel to ensure customer needs and priorities are addressed effectively.

Requirements:

Fluent in both Maltese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
