You’ll be the welcoming face and organizational backbone of a fast-paced corporate office, playing a key role in how employees and visitors experience the workplace.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Serve as the primary point of contact at the reception.
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer and visitor experiences.
Establish and maintain reception best practices, workflows, and service standards.
Coordinate the planning, organization, and execution of internal office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
Support meeting logistics (room setup, calendars, refreshments, technology).
Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees (badges, workspace setup, welcome materials).
Assist in monitoring budgets, processing invoices, and tracking expenses related to office operations.
Assist in tracking, compiling, and reporting facility performance metrics and improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

Applicants must possess a high school diploma, with post-secondary education or equivalent practical experience preferred.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a front-of-house and administrative support role within a corporate environment is required.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
A proactive, service-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn are essential.
The ability to multitask and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced office environment is required.
A high degree of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times are expected.
You are happy to be based in the office 5 days a week.
