Choose your path

• Business Development: For natural hunters who enjoy opening doors, winning new clients and building partnerships. You'll manage the full sales cycle.
• Recruitment Consultant: A sales-driven role where you'll connect top talent with leading companies and build lasting business relationships.

Training & Development

Your development doesn't stop after onboarding. Expect weekly group training sessions, regular 1:1 meetings and the opportunity to learn directly from directors and top performers.

Compensation Package

Average performers earn around €35,000 in Year 1, increasing to €50,000 in Year 2. Top performers can earn significantly more.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in a high-volume outbound calling environment.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach and confidence in creating opportunities.
• Ambition to develop, take on responsibility and build a long-term career.
• EU passport holder / EU citizenship.
