You will:

Deliver 1st Line and Desktop Support across a modern IT environment.
Troubleshoot applications, user issues, and basic MySQL/IIS incidents.
Collaborate alongside Infrastructure and Development teams on award-winning products.
Grow your technical skills while supporting users in an international business.

Skills / Experience:

1+ years of experience in Help Desk or Application Support.
Working knowledge of MySQL
Experience with IIS is a plus.
Maltese language skills are an advantage.
