SL Shipping Management Company Limited, a company in the Falzon Group of Companies, is looking for a Senior Engineer to join its dynamic marine division.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the technical operations and maintenance of a number of ships in our fleet, ensuring compliance with international regulations and company standards;
Organise/conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the highest standards of safety, performance, and maintenance;
Organise and oversee repairs and dry dockings, both locally and abroad.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field;
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the maritime/shipping industry;
Preferably in-depth knowledge of maritime regulations and standards.

Skills and Competences:

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
Excellent communication and leadership skills;
Ability to work effectively under pressure within a fast-paced environment;
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
