We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Fleet Operations Coordinator to manage daily fleet activities, coordinate vehicle allocation and maintenance, and ensure efficient fleet performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily fleet operations and vehicle allocation.
Monitor vehicle performance, mileage and utilisation.
Arrange vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs.
Liaise with drivers, garages and external service providers.
Monitor vehicle tracking systems and operational efficiency.
Maintain fleet documentation and compliance records.
Prepare operational reports and identify areas for improvement.
Assist with technical assessments of vehicle-related issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Good organisational, communication and coordination skills.
