Our client, a well-established Maltese organisation, is seeking a motivated Legal Intern to join its Compliance Department. This internship offers hands-on exposure to transport, employment, commercial, competition, and corporate law, providing a strong foundation for a career in legal practice or compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily legal tasks and research.
Monitor legislative and case law developments.
Prepare and review legal documentation.
Communicate across departments and with stakeholders.
Maintain organised legal filing systems.
Support compliance-related duties.

Requirements

Only candidates currently residing in Malta will be considered for this role.
Currently enrolled in a Law degree programme (minimum first year completed).
Office administration and management knowledge.
Strong communication skills in Maltese and English, both written and verbal.
Legal research and analytical abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Professional stakeholder communication capabilities.
Strong legal writing and documentation skills.
Adaptability and willingness to learn.
