Our client is a retail and commercial centre. Job Responsibilities and Duties

Plan and manage the monthly marketing and content calendar across social media, digital channels, email, website, campaigns and other consumer-facing platforms;
Create engaging social media, digital, print and campaign content, including graphics, photography, video and written copy;
Manage brand social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, ensuring consistent and engaging content;
Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events from initial concept through to coordination and delivery;
Manage paid social campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and support Google Ads activities;
Update website content and coordinate email marketing campaigns;
Liaise with tenants to coordinate promotions, content, marketing materials and participation in wider marketing initiatives;
Coordinate with suppliers, printers and other external partners regarding marketing materials and campaign requirements;
Monitor the presentation of customer-facing areas, signage and marketing materials to ensure consistency with brand standards;
Monitor campaign performance, social media engagement, website activity, footfall trends and competitor activity, providing relevant insights and recommendations;
Support retail-focused PR activities relating to events, campaigns, promotions and new openings;
Provide day-to-day guidance and support to marketing interns;
Ensure ongoing marketing activities continue effectively during the Marketing Manager’s absence.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally within a retail, consumer or multi-brand environment;
Marketing Degree or equivalent relevant qualification, or equivalent practical experience within marketing or advertising;
Strong practical experience managing brand social media channels, particularly Facebook, Instagram and TikTok;
Strong content creation and graphic design capabilities, with the ability to independently produce professional digital, social, print and campaign materials;
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and CapCut;
Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and website analytics tools such as Google Analytics;
Previous experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns and events;
Experience with WordPress and Mailchimp will be considered a strong asset, although flexibility can be offered to candidates who can quickly become proficient in these platforms;
Fluency in both Maltese and English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills;
Knowledge of Italian will be considered an asset.
